Because when i make a video call , the picture doesnt move at all in windows live messenger. There's nothing wrong with my camera because i already checked it multiple times and it works just fine. The support for Windows Live Messenger has been discontinued by Microsoft. This program stopped working last March 15, As an alternative, you can download Skype as your new platform for communication.
